家具の輪郭をぼかそうと試みた。
ぼかすことでそこにはぼんやりとした領域が出現し、置くものや使い方に応じた新たな輪郭が現れる。
また、規則性を感じさせない部材の配置にすることで方向性を与えず、間仕切りとして等バリエーション豊かに使用することができる。
霧のように、さり気ない存在感で暮らしに寄り添ってくれる。
素材は角材(メープル、18mm角)をランダムに配置し、棚板(スチール、t=1.6mm)を留めることで剛性をだしている。

KIRI doesn’t have a clear shape, some of its parts appear and disappear.
Then, the vague shape will appear according to the way of use.
It will stay to the-day-today life as a natural presence as the meaning of KIRI is fog in Japanese.
The maple timbers are randomly positioned and are fixed with steel boards.
